Auto Receptionist Configuration

All Impera phone systems include the auto receptionist. We provide a default script for the auto receptionist feature. During the product configuration process you determine the script the callers will hear. Should you need to change the recorded greeting the process is easy. Simply log into the customer support center and provide the text for an updated greeting! Your appliance will download the updated greeting once it is recorded.
