Conference Calling
Impera provides a simple and cost-effective way to hold conference calls. Our phone system even supports simultaneous conference calls!
You provide participants with an extension and a password. When they reach the extension they are prompted for the password. This password provides for security from fraudulent or unauthorized use.
All the participants will be kept on hold until the call leader, or moderator, joins the call. At that point everyone is joined together in the conference call.
The calls can be initiated at any time. They can last for as long as you need. The only limit to this feature is the number of external phone line coming into your office*. And we charge no fees for this service**.
