Impera Shipping Policy
We value our relationship with you and we strive to make it easy to do business with Impera. We want your shipment to reach you with a minimum of effort and as quickly as possible. We use UPS as our primary carrier to ship to you because of the quality of their service, the ability to track your shipments, and their competitive rates.
When you place an order via our website, we attempt to automatically calculate the shipping costs for the item(s) you order. We try to provide accurate information, however sometimes our system or the carrier’s system will be unable to calculate a fee, or calculate an incorrect amount. If this occurs, we will contact you before shipment to discuss the correct price.
During the ordering process we will offer you several shipping options. The option you select is the one we will attempt to use and that is the maximum shipping charge you will incur. At the point of shipment we may select a different shipping carrier or method.
We may elect to ship using a faster method in which case we will only charge you according to your original selection. We may elect to use a different carrier in which case it will be of equivalent speed and have similar tracking capabilities.
While we make every effort to provide a trouble-free shipping, this policy is designed to cover any problems that may occur as well as explain your obligations and our obligations.
If you give us incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or refuse a shipment without our written approval then the following shall apply:
- We will charge you for the return shipping.
- We will treat your order as a return, subject to our return policy (see Return Policy) .
- You agree to pay all taxes resulting from your shipment.
